There is a real company behind the product
Buying software to run a workshop also means buying a relationship with its supplier. Below are the platform operator’s registry details, where the product comes from, and the part of the ecosystem already working on real jobs today.
Who builds RepairCore.
RepairCore Cloud is not a project designed away from the workshop. It is built inside a company that handles vehicle service every day.
RepairCore Cloud is developed by Muto sp. z o.o., on operating experience in the automotive, service and fleet business built since 1998.
The same company runs eCarService – service locations with online booking and a customer panel – and FleetPoint, a product for coordinating fleet service. RepairCore Cloud generalises that way of working: it takes a process that genuinely runs and turns it into an operational platform connecting workshops, networks, fleets and tech providers.
We base platform development on continuous real-world market validation: from global technologies analysed at Automechanika Frankfurt to the deployment realities of Polish workshops and networks explored at Automotive Parts Expo in Nadarzyn.
Our goal is not another isolated workshop program, but building an auditable operational layer across systems: from customer, fleet and insurer, through vehicle identification, Repair Order and service network, to technical data, diagnostics, parts and verified repair history.

Built on a real automotive environment.
We do not cite other companies’ rollouts or a customer count. The evidence we can show today is our own operating environment: products run by the same company, and the ones RepairCore Cloud is built from.
ECS Cloud
The current SaaS platform, being actively evolved toward RepairCore Cloud.
RepairCore Network
A requalification program for service relationships built since 1998, run on historical data and rolled out to further partners after verification.
Internal team quote
The greatest value is that the front desk, the workshop floor and the customer all see the same case status.
The quote above comes from the operations team of our own service business, not from a customer - we will show customer references once they are real and given in writing.
Automotive Parts Expo 2026.
In October 2026 the RepairCore team attended Automotive Parts Expo at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn. We examined how the Polish aftermarket connects work orders, technical data, parts, documentation and network operations in practice.
Automechanika Frankfurt 2026.
In September 2026 the RepairCore Cloud team conducted market research at Automechanika Frankfurt. In discussions with providers of technical data, diagnostics, workshop equipment and aftermarket platforms, we analysed how technology unites into one operational workflow around the vehicle.

From eCarService to FleetPoint and RepairCore — one vehicle service process.
RepairCore Cloud is not a project detached from the workshop floor. It grows out of a real vehicle service process where three levels of the market meet: the workshop, the corporate customer and the technology.

What workshops expect from a digital service system.
A modern workshop does not need one more place to type in a customer name and a registration number. It needs a system that shortens service time, reduces chaos and helps people make better decisions.

Technical data, VIN and parts as the foundation of a modern workshop.
In a modern workshop every good decision starts with identifying the vehicle correctly. Make and model are not enough - the same model can come with different engines, gearboxes, emission standards and ADAS systems.

How fleets change what they expect from workshops.
A fleet customer does not look at a workshop the way a private customer does. For a company a car is a work tool, a cost and an operational risk, so it expects more from a workshop than a good repair: predictability.

Why workshop networks need a common standard.
A workshop network is not made by a few workshops sharing a name. A real network begins when a customer, a fleet or an ordering party gets a similar standard of service in every location.

Let’s look at it in your own workshop.
A short walkthrough against your processes: what can be joined up, what can be simplified, and what is better left alone.
