RepairCore Cloud

Automechanika Frankfurt 2026.

In September 2026 the RepairCore Cloud team attended Automechanika Frankfurt, Europe’s largest automotive trade fair. We talked with workshops, service networks and aftermarket representatives about what the vehicle service process genuinely needs today.

The market is shifting

Automechanika Frankfurt 2026 made one thing clear: the European aftermarket is moving past the stage where a workshop, a parts catalogue or a diagnostic tool can each stand on their own. The market is shifting toward one connected process:

  • Vehicle identification
  • Technical data
  • Diagnostics
  • Parts
  • Cost approval
  • Customer communication
  • Repair documentation
  • Reporting

The workshop of the future will not run on separate data islands.

A check on RepairCore Cloud’s direction

For us, the trip was more than a trade-fair presence - it was a check on whether RepairCore Cloud’s direction matches what workshops, service networks, fleets and data providers actually need. The more complex the vehicle, the less that holds up when these run separately:

  • Phone
  • Work order
  • Parts catalogue
  • Technical documentation
  • Customer contact
  • Billing

One operating layer

That is the direction we are building RepairCore Cloud in - a digital operating layer that connects vehicle intake, problem qualification, order handling, documentation, parts, statuses, customer communication and reporting into one process. Not another program for typing up work orders, but a way of organising what already happens on the workshop floor.

Why data decides

Conversations on the show floor also confirmed how much weight data carries - it is what decides whether a workshop can work fast, repeatably and without avoidable mistakes:

  • VIN
  • Repair data
  • Parts catalogues
  • Service information
  • Vehicle history
  • Billing standards

At the intersection of three worlds

That is one reason we build RepairCore Cloud at the intersection of three worlds: a real workshop (eCarService), fleet service (FleetPoint) and automotive SaaS technology.

Our walk through the fair

The photos below show our walk through the fair - from the DAT booth, a vehicle-data and valuation provider whose products (DAT myClaim, DAT FastTrackAI) we already list in our integrations registry, through the rest of the show floor: workshop equipment, technical demonstrations and the scale of the event itself.
