RepairCore Cloud

Data connected to the right service stage

Select and price parts using VIN and damage information. The scope of every integration is agreed for the specific workflow and data required.

Connect data and services to vehicle service.

RepairCore Cloud connects parts catalogues, repair estimates based on VIN and damage, and agreed external systems.

Website

Enquiries and bookings land straight in the work order.

Booking

Customer time slots show up in the work plan right away, within the scope agreed with the operator. A booking from an external channel arrives as a signed request, and the same slot cannot be taken twice.

Payments

Subscription billing runs through Stripe. The end customer’s payment to the workshop is a separate, developing area.

Partner API

Controlled, auditable access to selected data, granted individually after verification and consent. An access key carries its own scope, separate sandbox and production environments, an expiry date and the option of immediate revocation.

ERP

Exchange of the workshop’s accounting and stock data, including a pilot of KSeF-compliant e-invoicing.

Notifications

SMS and e-mail to the customer from the same work order, within the scope agreed with the operator.

Fleet

Vehicle status and documents visible on the fleet side too, developed together with FleetPoint.

Vehicle technical data

VIN decoding, valuation and repair data - an operator-side add-on, billed separately from the subscription.

Parts and supply

Parts demand calculated from planned work, ordering and returns handled beside the work order, supplier catalogues wired into the estimate stage - scope depends on the supplier agreement.

Integration availability and scope depend on rollout stage, operator configuration and partner arrangements.

Technologies and industry data sources.

RepairCore Cloud connects the workshop, fleet, damage and parts processes with vehicle value data. Depending on the rollout scope and the integration agreements in place, the system can draw on data and tools from selected industry vendors.

Solera Autodata

Technical data and service procedures

Service procedures, repair data and labour times wired into the estimate stage of a work order.

Active integration - vehicle/order auto-linking still in development

Solera Audatex

Damage and repair calculation

In preparation for integration

DAT myClaim

Damage and repair calculation

Vehicle identification and damage estimate as a data source for the decision inside a work order.

In pilot - contract creation and status sync wired into the repair order

DAT FastTrackAI®

AI - photo-based damage assessment

An initial read of the damage from photographs, as material for the person making the decision.

In preparation for integration

JD Power Autovista - Residual Value Intelligence

Residual values and market data

Vehicle value context for deciding the scope of a repair and for settling a claim.

In development - disabled by default, not yet commercially available

TecAlliance - TecRMI

Vehicle repair and maintenance technical data

Maintenance schedules, repair times, wiring diagrams and other vehicle technical data from the TecRMI database, wired into the technical-information tab in ECS.

In pilot - test access needs renewal

The availability of each integration, the scope of data, how it may be used and whether logos may be shown all depend on the agreement, the operator’s configuration and the consent of the mark owners - independently of the RepairCore subscription plan. Names and trademarks belong to their owners.
