A plan that matches where your organisation is today

Start with the tools you need today. Extend RepairCore with more features, data and integrations when they are actually needed.

Four plans, one vehicle service process.

Every plan works on the same work-order record and the same vehicle card. What differs is the scope of processes covered, the scale of the organisation, and how much of the work the system runs for you.

How to read the plans

  • Plans define the scope of features available in your organisation.
  • Some elements depend on the rollout stage, operator configuration, partner integrations or additional usage.
  • Add-ons and usage are billed separately from the subscription.
  • The final scope of features, limits and permissions is confirmed when your organisation is set up, together with the starting terms.

All prices are net, per organisation, billed monthly - VAT is added on top.

The subscription is not everything - and it does not have to be.

RepairCore is not sold as "the top plan includes everything, without limits". The layers are separated on purpose: you pay for the process you actually run, and switch on specialist data, channels and integrations when they become necessary.

  1. Subscription

    Base plan

BASIC, STANDARD, PREMIUM or FLEETPRO. Sets the baseline platform capabilities for your organisation.

    Fixed monthly fee

  2. Add-ons

    Extensions

Specialist technical data, advanced automation, communication channels, purchasing integrations. Bought on top of the plan that opens the category.

Separate, on top of the plan

  3. Usage

    Consumption

Whatever is settled by what you actually consume - messages sent, calls to paid external services, data processed.

    By usage

  4. Individual

    Rollouts and custom integrations

Service networks, large fleets, CFM, insurers, automotive partners and enterprise integrations - scope and terms agreed in conversation.

    Individual offer

Don’t pay for everything from day one.

RepairCore Cloud grows with your organisation. Specialist data, automation, communication, integrations and additional usage can be switched on when they are needed.

Add-on

Technical data

Extend RepairCore with specialist technical data matched to what your workshop actually needs: service procedures, repair data and additional automotive sources.

  • Service procedures
  • Repair data
  • External automotive sources
Add-on

AI and automation

Support in organising context, documents and the next steps of a process. Separately, a voice assistant answers the customer’s call and books the appointment straight into the workshop calendar. Diagnosis, scope of work and cost are still approved by a person.

  • Automation
  • Voice assistant
  • Advanced workflow

Communication

Additional channels for reaching the customer and the fleet, attached to the same work order as the rest of the correspondence.

Parts and suppliers

Parts catalogues and supplier systems wired into the quoting and ordering stage, instead of retyping part numbers by hand.

  • Parts suppliers
  • Purchasing integrations
  • Supply chain automation

Fleets and partners

Working with fleets, CFM and automotive partners on an agreed scope of data and processes, in a B2B model.

  • Fleets

  • B2B processes

API and custom integrations

Controlled, auditable access to selected data and processes, plus integrations built for a specific organisation.

  • Partner API
  • Individual integrations
  • Enterprise rollouts

Usage billed separately

Some capabilities cost what you actually consume - messages sent to customers, or queries against paid external sources. We keep that outside the subscription so a workshop sending ten messages a month doesn’t subsidise one sending a thousand.

Availability of each add-on depends on the rollout stage and on the licensing terms of the data or service provider. We confirm the scope before switching anything on - we don’t sell access we cannot deliver.

What each plan covers.

The scope below describes platform capabilities per plan, plus what is by design an add-on or an individual rollout regardless of the subscription you choose.

Work orders per month is the only limit we publish - it comes straight from the plan catalogue. The remaining boundaries (locations, user accounts, API calls, communication channels, fleet-service mode) are agreed individually when an organisation is set up, together with the starting terms.

Two different things both called "payments".

In vehicle service, money moves in two independent places. We keep them separate in how we talk about them too, so we don’t promise readiness where it isn’t there yet.

A

RepairCore subscription billing

Your organisation settles with RepairCore for the chosen plan, add-ons and usage through Stripe: the subscription cycle, plan changes with the difference settled, recovery of failed payments and a grace period.

B

Online customer payments

The end customer pays the workshop for the work done. That is a separate, developing area for selected channels and processes - it is not part of subscription billing and does not switch on with a plan.

Questions about the commercial terms.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. The plan can be changed during the engagement, both up and down. The change applies to the organisation, not to an individual user.

What happens after a plan change?

The available scope changes with the plan, and the difference in the subscription is settled within the billing cycle. Data, work orders and vehicle history stay in place - changing a plan is not a move to a new account.

Can I buy additional features?

Yes. Specialist data, advanced automation, extra communication channels and supplier integrations are add-ons bought on top of a plan - you don’t have to move to a higher subscription just to switch on one specific thing.

Is technical data included in the subscription?

No. Specialist technical data is a separate add-on, and its availability also depends on the data provider’s licensing terms. No plan includes it automatically in its price.

Does RepairCore support multiple locations?

Yes. Additional locations can work inside one organisation on a shared service standard, with roles, permissions and data separation preserved. That scope is addressed by FLEETPRO and by individual rollouts for service networks.

Is RepairCore suitable for a fleet?

Yes - fleet coordination is one of the processes the platform is being built from. Vehicle status, inspection dates, cost decisions and documents are visible to both the fleet coordinator and the workshop. For larger fleets and CFM we run a rollout conversation.

Is an API available?

Yes - we grant Partner API in a controlled, auditable scope, agreed individually with the partner after verification and consent. It is not open, self-service access.

Can I integrate my own supplier or service?

Yes, as an individual integration. The data scope, permissions and the stage of the process the service is wired into are agreed before switching it on - access is granted case by case, never by default.

Are the prices net?

Yes. All prices in the price list are net, per organisation, billed monthly. VAT is added on top.

Can I start with a smaller plan?

Yes, and that is usually how we start. BASIC puts basic customer and vehicle handling in order, and a higher plan or an add-on is switched on only once the process actually calls for it.

What does getting started look like?

We start with a demo and a conversation about your processes, and the starting terms - including time to get to know the system - are agreed before signing. We don’t switch an organisation on blind, without going through configuration.

Can we move data over from Excel or our current system?

Yes - the rollout can include cleaning up and importing data, but the scope depends on the quality of the sources, the type of data and how the organisation is configured. Before migrating we decide which data is operationally needed: customers, vehicles, work-order history, services, price lists, locations and partners.

Does RepairCore replace all our current tools straight away?

Not always. The safest approach is to start with the key process and move the rest across gradually: bookings, work orders, vehicle history, reports, integrations and communication.

How long does a rollout take?

It depends on the number of locations, the quality of the data, the integration scope and the chosen plan. For a straightforward workshop a rollout can be shorter; for a network, a fleet or partner integrations it needs a plan of its own.

What happens if there is a payment problem?

A failed payment does not cut off access overnight. We retry the charge and flag the problem, and the organisation has time to settle it before access is restricted.
